STORE PLANNING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Type of Contract:**1 year fix-term contract with strong possibilities to become permanent**
Main duties:
To assist the Senior Store Planner manager in directing and supervising a variety of administrative/clerical support task related to Patrizia Pepe retail stores expansion according to the Italian and European Statutory Authorities requirements.
The Role:
-To follow up with bespoke architectural retail design concepts from preparation and development of drawn & written construction information to final tender documentation and permissions;
-To interpret architectural plans and constructions processes and procedures;
-To liaise with external architects, consultants & contractors as well as local Authorities;
-To facilitate and effectively communicate with contractors, supervisors & inspectors to rectify issues discovered on contracts & paperwork;
-To effectively identifies problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem in not too difficult or complex;
-To gather, report and compile reports on relevant information regarding project assignments from multiple sources;
-To review drafts and finished technical documents;
-To manage local and global suppliers during testing, approval & contractual terms process;
-To set up and maintain files, refer callers, arrange meetings and conferences, manage emails;
-To analyse data and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations;
Profilo
-Fluent in Italian (Written & spoken) is essential
-Fluent in English (Written & spoken) is essential
-Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is preferred
-Previous experience in a similar role within Architecture Firms or Construction industries is essential
-Must be knowledgeable of the Italian Planning and Building Regulations with at least a few years of direct involvement in retail/commercial spaces or business centres projects within the Italian & European territory
-Availability to travel to construction sites in Italy and abroad when required/necessary
-Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders at all levels
-Must be a highly motivated self-started individual able to work with minimal supervision
-Ability to adapt and be innovative through problem solving is essential.
