Type of Contract: **12 months fix-term contract with strong possibilities to become permanent**
Main duties:
Responsible for conceptualisation and implementation of graphic design solutions for all digital projects as well as supporting the Design office during the creation of prototypes and production of accessories samples from modeling to final render ouput.
The Role:
-To deliver creative solutions in line with the business strategy across Patrizia Pepe’s stores and online site.
-To understand all the requirements of our corporate identity (products & stores)
-To originate creative design, layout concepts & PR material: packaging & catalogue design (both print and digital), web & email campaign, artwork creation & banner production
-To ensure that brand expression is consistent across all channels (on-line and off-line) and all marketing and design material adheres to the brand guidelines
-To develop marketing materials that support product presentations
-To maintain and update text and imagery
-To be responsible for photo & video editing and post-production
-To conceptualise and develop social media posts, images and mood boards
-To partner with designers. product managers and merchandisers to ensure alignment with business goals
-To translate 2D concept sketches into 3D concept models and prototypes that meet all technological and aesthetic standards
-To utilise 3D Modeling softwares & techniques and to make renders
-To retouch images in Photoshop
Profilo
-Fluent in Italian (Written & spoken) is essential
-Fluent in English (Written & spoken) is preferred
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
-Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
-Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
-Strong command of modeling and rendering softwares (3D Studio, C4D, Rhino, Vray, Maxwell Render)
-Working knowledge of layout principles, aesthetic design concepts, branding, typography and color theory
-Proven ability to manage outside vendor partners for visualisation and render work
-Responsive and efficient, ability to organise and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
-An excellent eye for quality and sense of aesthetics
