RETAIL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Main duties:
To assist the Retail Manager Italy in managing the implementation of Retail Operations consistency across all italian Boutiques and concessions at Patrizia Pepe with specific ownership for the operations of the stores including financial budget, store communications and staff training.
The Role:
-To assist in the continuous implementation of new projects related to existing and new stores
-To drive changes to business process to support sales growth
-To ensure maximum productivity and compliance according with Patrizia Pepe policies and procedures
-To maximise store profitability and meet sales targets in partnership with Manager & Retail Field Management
-To visit boutiques on a regular basis, make the schedule of store workers and create training programs
-To act as main liaison between stores & corporate offices in order to improve communication and create an inclusive culture
-To maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees
-To oversee pricing and stock control
-To be able to grasp new retail concepts quickly
-To analyse data and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations
Profilo
-Fluent in Italian (Written & spoken) is essential
-Fluent in English (Written & spoken) is essential
-Bachelor’s degree educated
-Previous experience as Retail Operations Assistant, District Manager and/or Area Manager within the Fashion Industry
-Strong Experience in developing and executing operational strategies and evaluating effectiveness of Stores performances
-Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders at all levels
-Must be a highly motivated self-started individual able to work with minimal supervision
-Shrewd business sense and well-developed commercial awareness
-Ability to adapt and be innovative through problem solving is essential.
