Adecco‘s client is a multinational company operating in the pharmaceutical sector. For its plant in Italy we are currently looking for a:
Parenteral Process Engineer
The candidate will ensure the proper course of the short/medium term Engineering and Maintenance operations for aseptic, filling machinery.
Main duties will be:
To ensure the complete knowledge of the process and its parts (documents included); he/she has the technical responsibility of the entire plant
To manage and to coordinate the proper technical trainining to solve problems
To manage the plant’s set up, the correct technical acitivites and the proper training for blue collars
To ensure the maximum plant’s efficiency
To factively act to ensure the continuos improvment of the plant and anomalies management
Troubleshooting activities with deep technical focus and spar parts management
Planning and managing the maintenance activities ordinary, extraordinary, and the revamping interventions, coordinating the designed staff and suppliers
Guarantee the compliance of all the safety rules and regulations of the singular technical parts carrying out the maintenance activities
Contribution in the execution of protocols, tests and changes
Requirements
Degree in mechanical /Electronics Engineering. Grade: not less than 100/110
At least 2-3 year’s experience in similar role in engineering and maintenance field. Better from packaging and assembly lines with an high level of automation (Pharma, Electro-medical, Packaging)
Excelent knowledge of English , spoken and written
Knowledge of security rules in maintenance field
Attitude to financial responsibility, project management skills
Experience in development of automatic system controls for the manufacturing processes, trouble shooting activities and projects for the plant stabilization
Soft Skills
The successful candidate possess great communication skills and is able to work in a team. He/she has leadership and decision making skills and he/she is a problem solver.
The candidate we are looking for has a maximum 4-5 years of working experience. He/she has to be enthusiastic of being involved in new projects in a multinational company, and wants to be a leader for both technical and management aspects. The interest in a fast growing international career path is the attitude that completes the profile.
