Mechanical Designer
Manpower’s client is looking for a Mechanical Designer. Mechanical designer as part of project team to produce 3D models, 2D drawings and documentation. Completing design tasks on schedule, reviewing new technology adaptations for implementing in the cell, supporting construction and debugging phase and communicating with project leader and team are the responsibilities to complete the project efficiently. Design mechanical parts and complex systems from conceptual study to final technical drawing. Review existing designs to upgrade and improve the systems Simulate processes virtually and lead concept validation trials Lead and coordinate projects risk assessment development meetings (FMEA). Order and follow the procurement of the materials required for the designed systems Track and report cost and time for designed systems Support designed mechanical systems integration on automatic assembly lines. Modify and review design, technical data during debugging. Develop projects technical documentation, manuals, etc.
The candidate will be Degree in Mechanical/Automation Engineering or technical discipline Minimum 2 years of mechanical design experience with automated assembly and production lines Fluent in English, with an international mind-set. Skills required: Professional usage of mechanical design software (Inventor & Creo). Knowhow of electro-mechanical system integration, considering also pneumatic drives. Documented experience on automation systems design. Professional user of Microsoft suite (Excel, Power Point). Good knowledge of robots functioning and robots-production lines integration. Experience on assembly processes on automatic production lines.
