IT Logistic Data Analyst
The MI&CS IT Logistic Data Analyst is responsible to provide IT Support and Consultancy for supply chain and operations planning activities, which involves the execution of the company strategy with continuous improvement as a driving force. This include implementation of new IT technologies with suppliers and customers, implementing new SAP features, supporting existing technologies, supporting SAP implementations in new business units, and more.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage, track and escalate any issues or operational/project problems
Provide coordination when multiple teams involved in problem resolution
Be proactive in identifying future service requirements and trends
Manage and track regional or global projects and/or tasks
Provide regular communications to keep business partner aware of current key projects and initiatives
People management of External Vendor that provide Outsourcing IT Services
Ensure compliance to local, regional and global guidelines following the Corporate Quality Policies CSQ (CSV Computer System Validation)
Work with PA / IT and Infrastructure support staff to ensure standard service/support processes are adhered to. Facilitate sessions in process validation when process changes are required to improve service
QUALIFICATION:
Computer Engineering / Business Analytics, Mathematics or a related field
Fluent written and spoken English
High level knowledge of IT System / ERP System / SAP / MES-WES System
Proficient Excel computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in troubleshooting, fair knowledge of infrastructure platforms, operating systems, networking, relational databases
Solid supply chain management process understanding with the ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
