Role Mission
The internship contemplates a full-time activity related to the field of retail and wholesale contracts, M&A and JV contracts, commercial law, contract law and, in general, legal support to various Gucci internal departments.
Key Accountabilities
Assist on drafting and review of different kind of contracts, in English and in Italian (e.g. distribution contracts; franchising, commercial, corner and consultancy agreements)
Support in preparing memoranda and opinions for the benefit of internal clients
Support in preparing answer to legal questions and in legal researches
Help in elaborating standard agreements and archiving files
Support in collecting signatures and preparing cover’s presentation for the contracts
Key Requirements
Master’s Degree in Law (possibly Summa cum laude)
Excellent knowledge of English both spoken and written
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy is a must
Flexible and able to adapt to a constant changing environment
Full commitment in terms of time and effort
High ethical standards and integrity, high level of discretion
Good interpersonal skills
Proficient in using Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
