Internship HR Manufactoring
The intern will support the HR Manufacturing Team and will have the opportunity to see different processes and activities related to the HR Management of a complex pharmaceutical production site.
He/She will support the HR Managers in the implementation of a variety of HR internal communication activities. He/she will also take care of updating key data in the HR dashboards and will be accountable for preparing material and documents in support of the HR Team for periodical key processes and project, through analytics and reports.
Key Accountabilities:
Support the implementation of organizational announcement communication plan (coordination of key actors of the plan)
Support the re-design of the HR Area in the Internal Manufacturing Portal and prepare communication material
Support the organization of internal Manufacturing HR events and employer branding initiatives
Prepare a variety of analysis related to the main HR processes (such as Performance Management, Succession Management, HC Planning, Salary review process, etc.)
Collect and manage data related to Site population
Assist in a variety of HR projects (from Talent Management area to Organizational Effectiveness one)
