CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGLISH SPEAKER – BARBERINO DI MUGELLO
Gi Group is are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our client’s customers. The main responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software.
Responsibilities
· Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email
· Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
· Update internal databases with information about technical issues
· Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
· Gather customer feedback and share with Product, Sales and Marketing teams
Requirements
· Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
· Good knowledge of English both written and spoken
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Multi-tasking abilities
· Patience when handling tough cases
The company offers:
Temporary contract finalized to permanent full time contract.
Salary commensurate to experience
Working hours: 40 hours a week, in shifts from 9.00/18.00 from Monday to Friday
