HR Organizational Analyst
Role mission
Reporting to the Organization, Process Development & HR Systems Director, this role will support the Function in the HR processes innovation activities and will act as a key player in the implementation and alignment of the HR Information System across the Regions. The candidate will be also involved in HR KPIs reporting and analysis to guarantee adequate information in support of the HR Function and Top Management.
Key Accountabilities
Support the implementation and alignment of the HR information Systems across the Regions, working closely both with Regional HR colleagues and Information Technology Accounts
Collect and analyze HR reporting needs, implementing effective and appropriate solutions
Support the HR Function in Organizational Analysis such as: process analysis, responsibilities assignment, sizing & workforce planning
Support the HR Function in Organizational Design
Supervision of change management projects
Perform special projects as required
Key Requirements
Master’s Degree in Economics, HRM, Business Engineering
3-4 years of previous experience in consulting firms (HR practise or in HR organization department)
Problem solving skills
Analytical thinking and detailed oriented approach
Ability to summarize information
Proactive approach
Broad vision: ability to understand problems sources and their interconnections aswell as consequences of the undertaken actions
Fluent in English
Strong computer skills required (in particular Excel and Power Point)
