Guess – Senior Product Development Handbags
The candidate will work in the design office based in
central Florence and will be the responsible point person for an entire
collection of handbags and small leather goods.

* THE CANDIDATE MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH BOTH SPOKEN AND WRITTEN.
*The candidate must have technical experience of contruction/ manufacturing/ quality control of handbags.
*Must be able to address technical comments in perfect english language to the factories.
*Must be able to work fast and independently.
*Must have strong leadership.
*Must be precise and detail oriented.
*Must be self motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
*Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and knowledge of Office Suite.
*Must be able to put into works changes and new design developments.
*Good experience and knowledge of materials and leathers.
*The individual must have excellent organizational skills as well as strong problem solving skills and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
*Must have experience in price negotiations.
