Role mission
Reporting to the HR Administration & Payroll Manager, she/he is in charge for day- by- day activities management within the HR Administration & Payroll team. He/she will be also responsible to support the HR Administration & Payroll Manager in the processes and systems development and evolution
Key Accountabilities
Manage communications provided by Law regarding new hiring, terminations, extensions and conversions from temporary to permanent contracts
Perform daily payroll department operations
Maintain, enter and audit new or changed information
Provide employees attendance records and implement payroll operations
Execution of social contributions and tax related activities
Prepare periodical HR Administration reporting
Check the HR software by ensuring the periodical data update
Key Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience in HR Administration/Payroll
Full knowledge of state laws and regulations regarding employment contracts and payroll
Proficiency in English
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Proficiency in HR Information Systems
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Team oriented approach
Ability to handle working relationships with different kind of peers
