Job mission
The candidate will be working with our Men Shoes Merchandising Team and providing assistance in the following activities:
Key Accountabilities
Monitoring and analysis of the main competitors in terms of product and pricing positioning in different markets
Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly analysis of the directly operated stores sales of each Region
Monitoring and producing sales reports
Preparing Power Point presentations before the major Company events such as WW Store Managers Meeting, Buying Campaigns, Presentation of the Strategic Plan
Collaboration with the Merchandising team supporting all the activities related to the Sales Campaigns (i.e. setting up showrooms, pre-meetings analysis, dealing with buyers)
Key requirements:
Successful studies in business management, majoring in business administration or marketing
Highly committed to Gucci brand and strong passion for Luxury Industry
Excellent Excel and Power Point skills
Fluent in English
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Previous experience within merchandising will be considered an asset
