Role Mission
The candidate will have the opportunity to work with the Licensing & Merchandising team on the development of the new “Beauty” project, supporting the team with stock and sales analysis.
Key Accountabilities
Gucci DOS and Gucci Internal Reporting
Monitor stock and sales flow in order to suggest replenishment and/or consolidate orders.
Update, cross-reference and consolidate the reports and data
Update already existing reports and analysis
Gucci Licences Safilo/P&G
Receive, control and manage the storage of Safilo/ P&G samples collections
Manage the prototypes and products for ADV, online catalogue, photo shooting, PR activities, etc.
Receive, control and deliver samples for ADV selections, PR actitivies and photo shooting. Follow-up the samples in collaboration with other departments.
Follow-up on the PR orders, update of order-forms for PR and Trade Marketing team
Gucci Internal
Support the logistics management of the office, included the update and filing of paper and digital documents.
Key Requirements
Successful or ongoing studies in business management, majoring in business administration or marketing
Advance knowledge of Excel
Excellent in English (native speaker or bilingual)
Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
Teamwork and good relations skills
