Role Mission
We are looking for an intern for our Flagship Store in Firenze. He/she will support the aftersales service team in daily activities, in accordance with established procedures.
Key Accountabilities
Support the Customer Service team in managing day-to-day administrative process of the return, using the appropriate software
Support in managing eventual complaints, maintaining regular contact with clients by telephone or email, discussing technical issues and addressing relative concerns
Is part of the customer care activities in Store, offering clients a reasonable solution to the problem including handling their requests, welcoming with taking care of repairing and providing first feedback to the customer
Key Requirements
Master degree in Management or similar
Highly committed to Gucci brand and strong passion for opportunity presented
Fluent in Italian and English
Exceptional team player: confident, sociable, adaptable, hard-worker
Problem solving: strong analytical and detail oriented skills
Communication: excellent interpersonal and written/oral communications skills
Entrepreneurial approach: self-starter who is motivated and curious to learn
