Role Mission
He/She will be responsible for the buying process of master orders and for monitoring the category business under his/her responsibility, in order to optimize the balance between assortment and stock and to maximize sales growth across regions/channels
Key Accountabilities
Buying activities
Work on master orders and key assortments by region/channel to ensure a balanced global product mix
Inventory activities
Analyze selling trends and highlights actions to regions/channels on reorders and cancellations
Manage the inventory in order to optimize stock level across region/channels
Monitor sales on daily and weekly basis
Sales Activities
Control data analysis
Maximize sales and results by region/channel through permanent collaborations with the regional GMMs in order to better understand each market
Deal with the WW Merchandising team on product feedback and market needs
Team Leadership
Lead and develop his/her team
Drive team performance
Key Requirements
Successful studies in business management, majoring in business administration or marketing
At least 5 years of experience in similar contests and in e xperience in other categories will be considered a plus
Experience in large volume distribution
Experience in different markets
Fluent in Italian and English
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
Analytical capabilities and numeric aptitude
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Highly committed to Gucci brand and strong passion for Operational Merchandising
Passionate about exceeding corporate goals and driving business
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, flexibility
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
Ability to understand current market trends and buying psychological mindset
