EMEAIR HR Cost Control Staff (temporary contract)
Role Mission:
Within the EMEAIR Finance Department, this team is responsible for ensuring excellence in taking under control the personnel cost, for retrieving and processing data by comparing actual and forecast budget and using specific procedures and tools
Key Accountabilities:
Support in coordinating budget and forecast process of the Region: get in touch with local HR and Finance
Receive hiring and organizational changes planning from the Region
Support in consolidating and analyzing data received from different Countries
Prepare monthly reports and executive summaries (e.g. personnel cost, turnover, stores’ productivity and other indicators) and ad hoc consolidated data and analysis
Support the implementation of a new software for the planning of the personnel cost
Key Requirements:
University degree in Economics
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Strong attention to details
Self-starter and self-motivated
1 year of experience in HR Control will be considered a plus
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
High discretion due to the management of sensitive information
Ability to work to stringent deadlines
