Role Mission
Consumer Insight and Analytics Specialist will be part of the Marketing & Communications team within the Brand Strategy & Product Marketing department, reporting directly to Consumer Insight and Analytics Manager
Support the line Manager in developing, implementing and monitoring an omni-channel and cross-functional consumer behavior view, defining key consumer KPIs, reporting tools, and insights.
Key accountabilities
Support the design, implementation and distribution of the consumer management dashboard / reports showing customer segment specific trends and KPIs, i.e. demographic insights, retention, acquisition, reactivation, data capture, etc.
Perform periodical consumer analysis and reporting and work cross-functionally with other company departments to develop ad-hoc analyses on specific projects; i.e. collaboration with Merchandising for detailed client profile on specific key products / collections.
Collaborate with the line Manager for the definition of new consumer KPIs, maintain and evolve the company customer segmentation across channels. Define actions based on analyses results to support business objectives
Support the line Manager in targeting definition for all marketing activities, i.e. direct marketing campaigns, retail events, providing suggestions and guidelines to regions based on formats and objectives.
Measure and analyze return and effectiveness of all marketing activities, i.e. run ROI analysis for direct marketing, events, brand experience, special projects, etc.
Support the evolution of company analytics capabilities and tools, collaborating with the Consumer Demand and IT departments to enhance existing tools and to develop new reports and functionalities
Coach regions and channel users in developing / executing reporting and analytics tools usage
Support the Manager to draft the budget of the area and manage periodical checks
Key Requirements
Successful studies in marketing, economy or business related discipline, ICT for business & economics or statistic
Around 2/3 years’ working experience preferable in marketing or retail in a similar role
Excellent analytical abilities
Business acumen
Fluent in both oral & written English
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
Knowledge and experience on communication and presentation skills, problem solving capacities Excellent communication and organization skills
Willing to integrate into company culture and support the team in daily tasks and reaching the objectives of the area
Knowledge of CRM Business Intelligence and analytics tools is a plus
