Role Mission
The Compliance Specialist will coordinate the development and application of organizational and Control Models foreseen by Italian Legislative Decree 231/01 for the Gucci Companies, and support the Compliance team in the execution of operational tasks related to Compliance projects enabling business process improvement, avoiding risks for the Company and supporting Business as well as Staff Functions on acting in a compliant manner, both from a strategic and operational perspective.
Key Accountabilities
Assists the Compliance team in the development of organizational and Control Models, policies, procedures and guidelines, related both to business and legal topics
Perform Business Process Analysis in order to identify best practices to share across Regions
Monitor risks across the enterprise and foster the compliance within the company to internal rulesEvaluate and improve internal control adequacy (liasing with other internal control Functions)
Ensure follow-up and corrective actions to key-findings highlighted through Internal Audit report
Make oral or written presentations concerning special projects: discuss strengths and weaknesses and propose new solutions
Job Requirements
University degree in Business Administration or Engineering
4/5 years of previous experience in auditing/consulting firms or within the Compliance Department of big and structured Multinational Companies
Good knowledge of Italian Legislative Decree 231/01
Fluency in Italian and English
Good knowledge of MS Office tools
Familiar with Process analysis, risk & control system evaluation and auditing methodology
Familiar with international certification scheme for Health & Safety and Environment
Ability to integrate with neighboring functions, such as Audit, Legal, Security, etc.
Cross process view and problem solving attitude
Proactive and teamworking attitude
High level of ethical standards and integrity
