Role Mission
The Financial Reporting Specialist, under the supervision of the Financial Reporting Manager, will be responsible of the controlling and supervision of the the Store P&L costs at divisional level and monitoring KPIs. She/He will ensure the royalties numbers are corrects and is involved in the sales closing (weekly, monthly, budget, forecast) ensuring that the information are recorded accurately. Cash flow trend and breakdown focus complete the main responsibilities.
Ad hoc analysis and reports are usually prepared for the top management.
Key Accountabilities
Monitor actual financial results, with comments and analysis comparing the budget and forecast. Build budget and forecast plans liaising with regional offices and top management
Run monthly closures on consolidated level for the store P&L and Royalties, prepare reports and comments for top management and the shareholder
Interact with worldwide offices and company departments, assembling all the required datas creating analyses and reports
Support financial activities by structuring, preparing and presenting reports and analyses for shareholder, top management and company departments
Implement the process flow, creating new reports and suggesting new financial process
Key requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering, Business, Economics or Finance
3/4 years of experience in the role in industry within a finance role or accounting firm (big 4)
Proficient in MS Office and HFM. Knowledge of Microstrategy is a desirable asset
Proficient in English
The candidate should be confident, a self starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment
Good attention to detail, good judgment showing logical decision making, and a hands on approach
Computer literate with good excel skills and solid understanding of accounting software principles
Hard worker and time flexible
Good communicator and team worker
