Customer Support Specialist – English and German Speaker
Who will be responsible to assist customers with services and problems, include resolving customer queries and recommending solutions. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software.
Responsibilities
– Provide customers support to specific countries (Germany first)
– Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
– Identify customer needs and help customers through specific procedures
– Analyze and report
– Update internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
Requirements
· Good knowledge of English and German
· Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role, back office or front office
· Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Multi-tasking abilities
· Patience when handling tough cases
We offer:
6 months contract finalized to permanent full time contract.
Salary commensurate to experience, RAL 23.000 euro
Working hours: 40 hours a week, from Monday to Friday (flexible hours)
Place of work: NOVOLI (Firenze).
