Villa Mangiacane, luxury hotel located in San Casciano in Val di Pesa (FI) is looking for:
Sales & Marketing Manager
Reporting directly to the Management, the role will be responsible for selling the hotel, being involved in drawing up the sales activities plan, with the aim of optimizing the room occupancy and to guarantee an increase of the accommodation revenue.
The S&M Manager will prepare an agreed marketing strategy and activity plan for the Hotel and Restaurant, including all marketing communication, advertising, promotional activities both online and offline.
The main tasks required:
to source new business opportunities;
to maximise revenues through research, company visits, site inspections;
to ensure permanent observation of the market, being involved in drawing up analyses of competitors and statistics;
to be responsible for the direct marketing initiatives targeted to the past clients which will be supported by the front office team;
to deliver a monthly marketing report detailing key achievements, activity undertaken and future key iniziative.
The preference will be for candidates with at least 3 years S&M experience in 5* stars hotels (especially members of SLH, Leading Hotels), fluent English speaking, availability to travel in Italy and abroad.
