Customer Services Specialist
– Is the Single Point of contact for Customers concerning all the Communication and activities related to the Orders Manufactured and Purchased
– Establish strong Communication Channel to supply service to Customers
– Understand/anticipate Customer Needs and establish clear priorities
-She/He has strong mediation skills necessary in unforeseen situations generated by the external market, avoiding stressing the internal functions of the organization and without compromising the level of service.
– Drive the SFC Meeting as related to order management with the scope to respect PIWIR and OTIF target
– Monitor Demand to identify out of stock and assure appropriate escalation working with SFC Team.
– In perspective of Continuous improvement program, can coordinates cross functional projects
– Organize shipments through Forwarder and WHS according to Customers requirements.
– Coordinate and Import Activities for from US and all other Import activities for the Site.
– Collaborate with other functions and coordinate with customer in order to minimize the losses in case of packaging materials changes.
– Manage Inventory of Export Finished product avoiding obsolescence
– Manage the Finished Product shipments in order to respect Customers inventory throug an appropriate shipping schedule.
– Manage shipping and loading preparations docs (deliveries creation, invoicing, COO, LC management) and check Customs Docs with regards to fiscal and legal requirements and assure correctiveness.
– Organizes the weekly shipping scheduling in order to optimize freight costs or warehouse workload
– Is part of the New Products Introduction Team with the responsibility to set SAP data related to the sales list to be in compliance with the invoicing flow.
Requirements:
Good written and spoken English knowledge
Knowledge of Sap (Preferred)
Bachelor or Master Degree (Preferred)
