IT System Analyst
The MI&CS IT System Analyst Implements computer system requirements by defining and analysing system problems; designing and testing standards and solutions.
The MI&CS IT System Analyst ensure that a project is completed on time and within budget, that the project’s objectives are met and that everyone else is doing their job properly. The MI&CS IT System Analyst oversee the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied. Everything has to be managed in compliance with Quality, HSE Standards and with high focus on Data Integrity.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
agreeing project objectives
making sure that all the aims of the project are met
making sure the quality standards are met
using IT systems to keep track of people and progress
Manage and track regional or global projects and/or tasks
Provide regular communications to keep business partner aware of current key projects and initiatives
Work with PA and Infrastructure support staff to ensure standard service/support processes are adhered to. Facilitate sessions in process validation when process changes are required to improve service
Manage the Handover process to the Support Organization
Problem and Change Management when is required before to release the System Solutions
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Engineering Degree
Fluent written and spoken English
EsperienzaHigh level knowledge of IT System applications (Data Analytics / Oracle / SQL / .NET / C++ / Java / BO), experience in troubleshooting IT Systems issues, fair knowledge of infrastructure platforms, operating systems (Windows / Linux / Unix / Solaris / VMware), networking, relational databases
