Salary: from €25,000pa to €30,000pa

Reports to: HR Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Manager

Type of Contract: **12 months fix-term contract with strong possibilities to be extended**
Main duties:
To assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in delivering a quality focused and cost efficient recruitment service and serve as the primary source of expert staffing and recruitment strategy to the business.
The Role:
-To oversee the recruitment process for Stores and Corporate positions from start to finish
-To source candidates directly, map out competitors and actively headhunt candidates
-To provide feedback on CV’s received through external or internal job posting
-To maintain and grow a talent pool of candidates in order to fast-track the filling of future vacancies
-To screen cv’s & qualify suitable candidates through in depth phone interviews
-To schedule and conduct face-to-face Interviews along with Hiring managers
-To make verbal job offers to successful candidates, and provide full handover to HR team for generation of offer paperwork where offers are accepted
-To maintain relationships with Recruitment Agencies & Headhunting companies
-To manage the internal ATS system
-To be an advocate for the new Patrizia Pepe referral scheme and drive its growth
-To think of new ideas to attract suitable candidates
-To plan, design & co-ordinate large scale recruitment outreach events such as career days & job fairs to target suitable candidate market segments
-To carry out inductions and training for new starters
Profilo
-Fluent in Italian (Written & spoken) is essential
-Fluent in English (Written & spoken) is essential
-Master’s degree or equivalent education/experience in Human Resources
-Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
-Solid track record of executing recruitments at a variety of levels in the Fashion Industry on a national & international scale
-Ability to assess candidates incisively and accurately.
-Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly orally and in writing.
-Good influencing and persuasion skills
