Stage e-Commerce
Luxury company based in Florence is currently recruiting for its headquarter an E-commerce Customer Care Assistant. The internship lasts 3 months.
The intern will be involved in the following activities:
– Support the team in managing day-by-day customer’s requests;
– Assist and support the supervisor in minimizing backlog and fraud;
– Provide an accurate service to customers in terms of order management, shipments, communication with customers, returns
– Communicate with internal departments
