Receptionist
5-star Hotel in Chianti area looking for a Receptionist as from May 2016.
The candidate will report to the Hotel Director.
Required a pleasant, forthcoming personality and be greatly focused on customer care.
Job description:
Welcomes guests to the hotel;
Check in / check out;
Monitor all guest accounts ensuring that charges posted are correct;
Be able to deal efficiently with reservation requests, confirmation of bookings and special requests from guests like rental cars, restaurants, etc.;
Skills required:
At least 2 years experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel.
English Fluency.
Knowledge of the most commonly used Hotel PMS.
Availability to work on shifts.
Problem solving capacities.
A flexible, positive and motivated person is required.
Preferably living in the area.
