We are looking for a passionate Guest Service Agent with at least one year of experience in the Front Office.
As Guest Service Agent, you will be required to ensure the smooth front office operations with all our guests, whilst maintaining and exceeding the Rocco Forte standards.
You will be fluent in the English language, have a good knowledge of Italian, and ideally have knowledge of a third language.
You will act as a welcoming host, able to add a personal touch and a proactive approach in guest interaction, while also being an excellent team player. The role has a rotation of duties from Reception to Switchboard. The role will be rotating between day and night shifts.
