WHOLESALE OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Salary: up to €25,000pa

Type of Contract: **12 months fix-term contract with strong possibilities to become permanent**
Main duties:
To provide vital support to the sales team handling administrative tasks, such as order processing, data-entry and customer service and act as an extension of the sales team when representatives are away from the office.
The Role:
-To provide a point of contact for customers with queries about orders or deliveries
-To maintain relationships with Italian and international wholesale customers, showrooms, agencies and distributors
-To participate in entering wholesale orders and re-orders in an accurate manner
-To maintain and provide support to wholesale customers for all purchase order processing, including reorders and follow up any discrepancies
-To issue return authorisations and monitor all wholesale returns
-To update the electronic customer files
-To update all relevant internal online and offline documents where required
-To distribute product and PR updates to clients
-To manage timely shipment of orders to customers
-To supervise delivery of samples to agents
-To be a main point of contact for general enquiries and issues
-To be involved in fashion events planning and organisation
Profilo
-Fluency in Italian (written & spoken) is essential;
-Fluency in English (written & spoken) is essential;
-Previous experience in wholesale administration duties is preferred
-Knowledge of AS400 Stealth system is preferred
-Excellent communicator, people-person
-Very good Excel, number and analytical skills
-Great customer service skills & problem solving;
-Ability to communicate and inspire customers & colleagues;
-Good standard of numeracy;
-Ability to work towards goals;
-Strong organisational skills;
-Dynamic and creative.
