IT Analyst
IT Analyst will be part of the Manufacturing and Quality IT Global Data Integration and Analytics (DIA) Team. The DIA Team is purposed to deliver and support Data warehousing and integration services along with diverse Data analytics, visualization, mobile, and reporting solutions to enable manufacturing sites business intelligence activities in support of continuous improvements.
The purpose of the DIA Analyst position is to execute IT work across DIA systems and technologies.
The DIA Analyst role ensures that systems are delivered, maintained, and optimized. The analyst is expected to identify and implement technical requirements resulting in appropriate information solutions while continually growing the depth of knowledge in applicable technologies, tools, methodologies, and/or business concepts. The analyst evaluates and translates functional requirements into technical requirements, resolves challenging technical issues, generates documentation as required, and exchanges information with colleagues.
This position will report to the Global Data Integration and Analytics IT manager based in US.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand pharmaceutical industry operations and business dynamics
Assure technology deliverables adhere to company and regulatory policies
Use standardized processes for requirements definition, analysis, design, construct, and test activities
Modifies existing systems to meet business requirements in compliance with change and configuration management processes
Support and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of end user training and procedures
Resolves incidents and fulfills service requests. Participates in problem root cause investigations.
Work collaboratively and effectively on multi-discipline cross-functional teams with representatives from departments across the corporate IT, sites IT, and manufacturing business areas.
Adapt to and work effectively in an international and multicultural environment where colleagues members are spread across different countries
