Patrizia Pepe – Corporate Visual Merchandiser Junior
Main duties:
To be responsible for developing, delivering and communicating visual concepts and strategies to promote retail brands, products and services in-store.
The Role:
-Collaborate with Visual Merchandising Team to execute company-wide floor sets directives, weekly updates, and seasonal launches.
-Ensure that the visual merchandising strategies showcase Patrizia Pepe brand.
-Guide product placement strategies to increase sales and margins.
-Participate in floor-set and window direction for stores., assembling or dismantling visual displays in windows or in-store.
-Create on-the-spot visual merchandising solutions to preserve store appearance and maximize square footage.
-Apply keen fashion sense to styling mannequins and bust forms.
-Manage /prioritize multiple overlapping projects, under pressure and with tight deadlines.
– Visiting branches to coach in-store visual merchandising or sales teams to interpret the guidelines and training them in the execution of the visual concept.
-Conduct hands-on visual training to Store Managers and Sale Assistants.
-Travel to many different parts of Italy and Europe in order to execute visual merchandising in new openings and existing stores.
-Ability to complete displays to tight deadlines.
-Meeting with business, sales managers and retail managers to discuss sales strategies.
-Go the “extra mile” to meet targets.
Profilo
The Candidate:
-Fluent in Italian (Written and spoken) is essential.
-Fluent in English (Written and spoken) is essential.
-Strong retail or service industry experience.
-Min. 2 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in a fast paced environment .
-Experience in creating and executing visual directives in a corporate setting is a plus.
-Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop.
-Effective verbal and writing skills.
-Ability to handle feedback and opinions well.
-Flexible schedule and must be able to travel extensively.
-Strong organisational skills.
-Dynamic and creative.
