Financial Reporting Specialist (Temporary)
Role Mission
The Financial Reporting Specialist, under the supervision of the Financial Reporting Manager, will manage the margin’s analysis for Gucci division, as well as the wholesale selling and the capital expenditures (capex) especially for the Retail chain’s shops.
Key Accountabilities
· Prepare and manage the activities related to the economic and financial reporting (monthly and annual), both to the internal departments and to the Group (P & L, balance sheet, cash flow, etc …)
· Monitor the company results progress, analyze deviations from budgets and forecasts and support action plan’s definition
· Manage the information flow from the specific Regions/Countries, requiring details to the shareholders in order to develop the analysis
· Deeply control all the activities coordinating with the other Business partners
· Share knowledge and information from the Regions and Countries within all the team members to enhance the office efficiency
· Provide advice on Company budgeting process
· Have great expertise at preparing financial statements and activity reports that highlight business finances and forecasts
· Develop monthly statistics reports on the Division Margin
· Publish quarterly report on the wholesale selling
Monthly monitor the capital expenditures, verifying and comparing with the approved plan
Key requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering or Business Economics
2+ years of experience in the role in medium/big industrial environment
Fluent English communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Goal oriented approach
Precision and analytical problem solving skills
Team-oriented with a pro-active and determined attitude
Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven ability to work cross functionally in a highly matrix environment
