Role Mission
Provide operative support and assistance to IT Office. Support on computer systems and software faults and solve applications problems within Richard Ginori Manufacture.
Key Accountabilities
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and application
Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software fault
Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time
Supporting the roll-out of new projects
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with internal employee.
Key Requirements
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office (Excel, Access)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Master of Science Degree in Computer/Business Engineering
Good Communications and interpesonal Skills
Flexibility
Fluent in English
