Role mission
Under appropriate supervision, the intern will take part in activities of HR processes innovation and will ensure the maintenance and the updating of the worldwide HR dataset related to information systems, in order to develop an environment aiming at developing all HR critical processes and of the overall organizational reporting. The candidate will therefore be involved in reporting and in the analysis related to all HR KPIs to guarantee adequate information in support of the HR function and Top Management.
Key Accountabilities
To support the Organization function and HRBPs on a worldwide basis, in order to manage organizational information, HR master data at Worldwide level and related labour costs
To manage daily contacts and relations with HRBPs, Centers of Competence and HR Cost Controlling representatives in order to collect needs, in terms of processes, systems and relative reporting
To ensure the accuracy of all organizational information
To understand reasons behind deviations and suggest improvements in internal processes
Key Requirements
Master’s Degree in Economics, HRM, Business Engineering
Problem solving skills
Analytical thinking and detailed oriented approach
Ability to summarize information
Proactive approach
Broad vision: ability to understand problems sources and their interconnections as well as consequences of the undertaken actions
Fluent in English
Strong computer skills required (in particular Excel and knowledge of database architecture will be a plus)
