Role Mission
Reporting to the Global General Counsel, she/he will act as a key partner to the Industrial & Supply Chain management team for all legal related issues, ensuring both the total alignment between the strategy and the requirement provided by Law /Company procedures & regulations.
Key Accountabilities
Be aware of the Industrial & Supply Chain strategy and priorities;
Provide expert and strategic legal advice to management;
Identify proactive solutions in order to eliminate or mitigate risks;
Draft agreements and contracts that minimize risks and maximize legal rights;
Coordinate with other Legal Counsels to ensure a consistent legal approach across the Company;
Evaluate and weigh multiple inputs and impacts of any decision or course of action;
Deal with internal and external Stakeholders;
Manage internal resources to achieve department objectives as well as develop and enhance the team.
Key Requirements
Degree in Law;
At least 8 years of proven legal counselling within Industrial and Manufacturing environment;
In-depth understanding of a in-house Legal Department of an structured international Group;
Solid experience in drafting agreements and contracts;
Fluent in Italian and English;
First class interpersonal and communication skills;
High degree of professional ethic and integrity;
Excellent management, teamwork and problem-solving skills;
Initiative and a strong strategic vision.
