Gucci EMEAIR Strategic Business Analyst
The Strategic Business Analyst will be part of the EMEAIR Finance team, taking care of activities of budgeting and coordination for the Region.
Key Accountabilities
Monthly closure activities
Preparation of budget, forecast and strategic three-years plan
Interfacing and coordination with the main offices to ensure the implementation of the strategic plan of the Region
Supporting role in the development, monitoring and regular review of business objectives and action plans to achieve business goals
Creation and coordination of strategic presentations
Meetings scheduling and coordination of updates to ensure reporting effectiveness and distribution in the Region
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree: economics background
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Control in multinational companies, preferably in the fashion, luxury and/or retail sector
Strong presentation skills
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Proactive critical approach (pursuit of continuous improvement)
Analytical, Detail -oriented
Fluent in Italian and English
Good team player: confident, sociable, flexible, hard-worker
